Alshahama Optics is a licensed optical retail business based in Sharjah, UAE, operating since 2010. Our online store at www.alshahama.ae is operated under UAE law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.

3. Products and Pricing

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability

• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise

• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice

• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order

4. Prescription Products

Orders for prescription glasses or lenses require a valid, current prescription from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. By submitting a prescription, you confirm it is genuine and accurate. Alshahama Optics is not liable for errors arising from incorrect prescriptions submitted by the customer.

 

Our team may contact you to verify prescription details before processing your order. This is to protect your eye health and ensure your product is made correctly.

 

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Cash on Delivery (COD), and other payment methods listed at checkout. A COD surcharge of AED 10 applies. All card transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.alshahama.ae is the property of Alshahama Optics or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable UAE copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alshahama Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, beyond the value of the purchase in question.
