We deliver across the UAE and select regional destinations. Whether you are in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, or beyond — your order will be packed with care and shipped to your door.

Delivery Coverage

• UAE: All seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain

• GCC & Regional: Available for select products — contact us to confirm before ordering

Delivery Charges Summary

• Orders above AED 99 — FREE standard delivery

• Orders below AED 99 — AED 15 delivery charge

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — additional AED 10 charge on all COD orders

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Fridays, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

For prescription orders, processing begins only after your prescription is verified. Please ensure prescription details are accurate and clearly submitted at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Use this to track your delivery in real time through our courier partner's portal.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be held at the nearest hub for up to 3 days. After that, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and notify us within 24 hours at info@alshahama.ae. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Store Pickup

Select Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Sharjah store at no delivery charge. We will notify you when your order is ready.
